A tiny island
where art meets the sea

Modo Island is the smallest of the three islands known as Sindo, Sido and Modo in Ongjin County, Incheon. The islands are connected by bridges, making Modo an easy final stop on a Three Brother Islands journey.

Modo is best known for Baemikkumi Sculpture Park, where surreal outdoor sculptures stand against the West Sea. The nearby Baemikkumi Beach adds a quiet coastal atmosphere to the experience.

From Baemikkumi, you can continue along the coast toward smaller seaside spaces such as Parkjugi. Modo is compact, so its appeal lies less in rushing between attractions and more in combining art, sea views and slow travel.
